The County Hotel Woodford underwent extensive refurbishment throughout late 2006 with the entire public areas being re-designed, including the foyer, restaurant and bar areas being completed, giving the hotel a modern contemporary feel and air that has delighted our clients.

Further developments took place in 2007 to improve the hotel bedrooms and adjoining corridors where further works in the bedrooms and their bathrooms took place to modernise their appearance and facilities. These areas now compliment the works previously carried out in the hotel's public areas enabling the hotel to offer clients a more complete product during their stay.

The hotel's Banqueting and Conference Suites have also been extended, making them not only bigger but making them more flexible, with new moveable partition walling, which will greatly enhance their ability to meet our client’s needs.

During 2008 the hotel is looking to further compliment the works previously undertaken by commencing the redecoration of the final phase of bedrooms to bring these into line with our already completed works in the hotel. These are currently underway at present on a phased basis and will not impact in any way on the operation of the hotel or the hotel's ability to service our client’s requests.
